Drape planner

Palladiom Drape Planner

See your drapes before anyone orders fabric. Enter the window and the fabric, and the planner sizes the track, picks the drive, checks Lutron's weight chart, and draws where the stack lands when the drapes are open.

Lined fabric weighs more than the bolt. Ask your fabricator for the finished weight. 14 is an example value.

Leave track width blank and the planner sizes the track so the open drapes clear the glass.

Estimated Lutron list price
Fabric per run

Price is an estimate of Lutron list price (MSRP) for the Palladiom track, motor, carriers, brackets, and end treatments, taken from Lutron's My Lutron configurator in October 2026. It does not include fabric, fabrication, pleating, installation, programming, tax, or the optional width-increment fee. Splice and bracket counts above 12 ft are estimates and can move the total by a few hundred dollars. We send a firm quote after a site check.

How it works

What the planner uses

Lutron's published limits

The weight chart, the 12 ft and 30 ft track lengths, splice rules, pleat fullness formulas, and finial clearances come from Lutron's Palladiom drapery specification dated July 16, 2026.

Stack is an estimate

Lutron publishes ripple fold stack for a 216 in center-draw track, and the planner scales from that. Pinch pleat stack is scaled from industry guidance. Real stack depends on fabric, lining, and the fabricator, so treat the drawing as a plan to confirm.

Fabric is separate

Lutron supplies the track and motor. A fabricator makes and assembles the drapes, and we install them. Read the Palladiom drapery guide for the full process.
